Our Team
Teala Ragan has been the Office Manager at Panhandle Precast of NWFL since February 2019. With years of experience in office administration and operations, she oversees the daily functions of the company with professionalism and efficiency. Teala’s strong organizational skills and commitment to customer service contribute greatly to the success and smooth operation of the business.
Tim Cooper has been the Operations Manager at Panhandle Precast of NWFL since November 2020, where he oversees all day-to-day operations, estimating, and production of precast concrete. With 15 years of experience in heavy civil construction, Tim brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to his role.
He is dedicated to delivering the highest quality service and products to customers, ensuring every project meets rigorous standards of excellence. Tim holds multiple certifications that underscore his commitment to quality and safety, including:

Justin Woods has been with Panhandle Precast of NWFL, LLC since October 2024, serving as the company’s Quality Control Manager. A certified CTQP Quality Control Manager, Justin holds multiple certifications through ACI (American Concrete Institute), CTQP (Construction Training Qualification Program), and PCSA.
In his role, Justin manages the Batch Plant Operations, Fresh Concrete Testing, and all Laboratory Testing and Procedures. He is also responsible for ensuring that all materials and production processes meet or exceed Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) requirements and industry standards. His leadership and technical expertise are critical to maintaining the high quality and compliance of the company’s precast products.

With a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and team leadership, Trevor oversees day-to-day operations to ensure the successful production of high-quality concrete products. Trevor’s experience in the concrete industry began in 2021 with cement delivery. Transitioning to Panhandle Precast in 2023 as a Quality Control Inspector, Trevor demonstrated his ability to reduce waste and maintain project timelines. Since then, he has significantly expanded his expertise, earning multiple ACI, PCSA, and CTQP certifications. With his comprehensive experience and unwavering commitment to quality, Trevor is instrumental in driving Panhandle Precast’s success and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Aaron Newberry has served as an Estimator at Panhandle Precast of NWFL since April 2022, where he is responsible for accurately assessing project costs, material needs, and production timelines. Aaron brings a meticulous approach to analyzing bids and providing clients with detailed, competitive pricing for their quotes. A graduate of UCF, his attention to detail and proactive communication skills ensure that projects are budgeted effectively and executed on time. Aaron works closely with the team and clients to ensure clarity, precision, and optimal solutions for every project.
Gage Story joined the team at Panhandle Precast as an Estimator in June of 2024. He plays a key role in project planning by analyzing drawings, specifications, and other documents to provide detailed and competitive cost estimates. Utilizing specialty software and CAD programs he creates detailed structural drawings in the pre-production stage, ensuring precise final production. Gage's attention to detail and strong analytical skills support our commitment to delivering accurate, efficient, and cost-effective precast solutions.
